How It Works

Turn your 3D design into a physical print. Upload your file, choose your print options and review your price, and place your order. We print it ourselves on our FDM printers and prepare it for shipping.

1. Upload your design

Start on our Custom 3D Print upload page and submit your STL or 3MF file using the Filaquote tool. Check the tool's current file requirements and upload limits.

Before continuing, check that the displayed dimensions match the size you want. If your file is rejected or your project has unusual requirements, contact us before ordering.

2. Choose your options and review your quote

Select from the material, color, and other print options available for your project. Review the quantity and quoted price before adding the print to your cart.

We have single-color and multicolor FDM printing capabilities. For multicolor designs or a specific material requirement, contact us before ordering to confirm how your file should be supplied and which options are suitable.

3. Review your order and checkout

Check your quoted print, quantity, and selected options in the cart. Enter your delivery address at checkout and review the available shipping options and charges before paying.

Have a deadline? Confirm your production estimate before ordering. Production time depends on your project's size, complexity, quantity, and print options; delivery time is separate.

4. We print and ship

We produce your print on our own FDM printers, then pack it and prepare it for shipment.

FDM printing builds objects layer by layer. Visible layer lines and small surface variations are normal. Discuss any specific finish, fit, or performance requirements with us before ordering.

Before you place an order

• Check your design's dimensions and intended use.
• Review your material, color, quantity, and quoted price.
• Confirm timing if you have a deadline.
• Make sure you have permission to use and reproduce the design.
• Review our current shipping and returns terms.

Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your file or chosen print options will meet your needs. Design changes and file-revision work are not automatically included in a print quote.
