Custom 3D prints

Custom 3D prints are produced for your submitted design and selected print options. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for custom prints. Please review your file, dimensions, quantity, material, and color before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the design or options you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the print and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate replacement or refund. The change-of-mind restriction does not exclude review of damaged or incorrect orders.

Email info@torogozdistribution.co or call/text 320-232-4831. Please report an issue within 3 days of receiving your order where possible. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Do not send an item back without contacting us first; we will provide instructions if a return is needed.

Changes and cancellations

For eligible items that have not been fulfilled, you may request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order. Final-sale items are not eligible for cancellation requests. A request does not guarantee cancellation; we will review the order's production status before confirming whether it can be accommodated.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your file or print options. We will review the production status before confirming whether a change is possible.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days; your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Any applicable shipping-cost refund will be confirmed as part of the resolution.

Ready-made prints

You may request a change-of-mind return for an eligible, unused ready-made print within 7 days of delivery. The window is not extended for weekends or holidays. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Items designated final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Contact us with your order number before sending the item back so we can provide return instructions. A flat return-shipping fee of $5 USD applies to change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately under the section above.

The custom-print change-of-mind restriction applies to custom prints only.
